General terms and conditions:
All prices are meant per accommodation unit for 4 people and one week.
For additional guests, a surcharge of 10,00 to 15,00 Euro per person and per night will be applied.
Please feel free to contact us directly, if possible we will also make an offer for couples or extend it to friends.
Local taxes (not included in the price): Please note that we must charge a local tourism tax, which is due at check-out and is billed separately. Children and youths under age 14 are exempted from the tax.
Pets: unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Free wireless internet access is available in the entire structure.
Check-in: Apartments are available for occupancy on arrival day after 1 p.m.
Check-out: Please vacate your holiday apartment by 9:30 a.m. of your departure day!
Payment options: We ask that guests settle their bill either in cash or by bank transfer.
Reservations are only valid and binding when they have been confirmed by us in writing, and when we have received a deposit as a guarantee. In the event of cancelation, this deposit will be withheld.
Cancelations: There exist no rescission rights as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act – however, we do grant the following cancelation conditions:
If cancelations are received no later than 3 months prior to scheduled arrival, the contract may be canceled without penalty.
Cancelations received later than the aforementioned time frame are subject to the following cancelation charges:
• up to one month prior to scheduled arrival: 40% of the total package price
• from one month to one week prior to scheduled arrival: 70% of the total package price
• cancelations received less than one week prior to scheduled arrival: 90% of the total package price
• in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure: we will be obliged to charge you the full price of the stay.
We are a member of Val Gardena Active, i.e. at no extra cost or for a small additional fee, our guests can participate in numerous guided walks - up to the mountain pastures and sites of cultural interest in summer, out watching wildlife with a gamekeeper, exploring the therapeutic alpine meadows with a herbal expert - or visitors can try their hand at climbing, or have a go at snowshoe hiking in winter and plenty more besides. including the ski bus to the lift facilities.
